Land management

While carrying out of any operations with ground areas (gift, buying and selling, inheritance, privatization, registration of rights, taxation, change of area, etc.) the land owner needs cadastral plans, for what there must be carried out land management, including land surveying, forming of packet of documents (surveying file) and following handing it in proper state structures.

Land management and execution of documents are subdivided into stages:

• ascertainment (renewal) and consolidation of borders of land tenure on the place;
• measurement of ground area;
• determination of location and area of the lot;
• оdetermination of coordinates of lot borders and buildings with foundation;
• working out of draft of borders and statement of agreement of borders (the procedure of agreement and signing by related lad owners is carried out by the customer);
• preparation of land survey file;
• realization of check up, registration and signing of the documents in the territorial department of the Estate Authority of Russian Federation;
• cadastral registration of lots (is a mandatory procedure for confirmation of your right of possession or enjoyment of the lot in fixed and appointed borders);
• receipt of cadastral plan in cadastral house by the customer or executor under power of attorney;
• registration of rights for a lot in authority Federal department of the Estate Authority of Russian Federation (carried out by the customer);

Co Ltd «Specgeologoazvedka» carries out to the contract all kinds of land management, and in general order gives prepared land management file in the territorial department of the Estate Authority.

Examination (verification) of the survey file in the department of the Estate Authority is carried out pending a month (in the absence of observations). On the expiry of the stated term the executor hands 1 copy of survey file and «Account of the lot borders» to the customer.

Then the customer proceeds with an application of the cadastral registration of the lot to the territorial department of the Estate Authority of Russian Federation, where on the ground of «Account of the lot borders» the cadastral plan of the lot is prepared (extract from the land cadastre).
