Source data gathering

Source data gathering is an integral part of any planning and engineering survey works. Source data gathering is carried out in different public institutions, industrial and agricultural estimates, in private organizations, natural persons and other producers whose interests can be touched while projecting and building of the new and reconstruction of present objects. Documents received in a process of source data gathering are reconciled and approved in different structures: republican, regional, provincial, district, city, settlement. Result of source data gathering is:

• extract from the Single public land register about taken earlier into account lots under the object;
• extract from the Single state rights register about the rightholders of the plots, which are planned to carry out works on;
• statement about choice of a lot, coordinated and approved in accordance with the established procedure;
• statements of loss, estimate of diseconomies and resolution from the natural producer;
• resolutions of the heads of district and village administrations about agreement of places of distribution of projecting structures and permit for projecting survey;
• technical conditions for producing of works by connection and crossing engineering services, outside plants, natural and artificial obstructions;
• certificate of a territorial federal authority of executive power in the sphere of cultural heritage about the absence of the objects of cultural heritage on the lot of building;
• certificate of a territorial federal authority of executive power about the absence of dangerously explosive items on the territory of the building zone (from the period of carrying out of hostility 1941-1945);
• certificate of a territorial federal authority of executive power about the absence of widespread minerals, in case of their presence – information about existed open pits with assignment of the documents about rightholders (copies of licences, provisions of a lease, documentation for engineering and artificial revegetation, etc.);
• map (plan) by results of establishment of borders of the lot on the locality or topographic mapping of parts of the lot, occupied by the estate property;
• Site plans of land tenure with drawn on borders of sectors, territories of wildlife preserves, nature reserves, valuable lands, recreational and sanitary zones, territories of special water use, water intake and treatment facilities;
• Project of territorial land management in the form of approved in the proper way project of lot borders for placing of an object;
• Preliminary estimation of the rent and (or) rating of the lot in case of it’s redemption on the period of operation of the object;
• Documents about rightholders, whose interests can be touched (copies of licences, provisions of a lease, documentation for engineering and artificial revegetation, etc.);
• Transport schemes of delivery of materials and machinery, points of their acceptance-unloading at railway stations.
